RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Thank you for your support, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you wish to return an item/s for any reason please contact our customer service team at contact@fightrightapparel.com
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days (UK residents) or 21 days (international residents) of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If you want to exchange your item/s for an alternative size please state the new size on the return email and/or form.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds will be issued for the full item cost amount (excluding shipping costs) and exchanges for alternative sizes/colours will be posted out at no extra cost. Please allow at least 10 days for your item return to be processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at our customer service email (contact@fightrightapparel.com) to arrange a refund or exchange.
Any items deemed to be worn, soiled, altered or damaged, as well as any damages not deemed to be at fault of Fight Right Ltd will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be processed.
